Picasa!

Google offers a wonderful program called Picasa, which allows you to manage your photos. It helps me find images that I saved years ago! I also love it because you can do simple editing, and create AWESOME desktop backgrounds. I just created a mosaic of my family, friends, and funky random images for my background.
